The SOTC Body & Soul Ministry sponsors free, confidential blood pressure checks.  Your pressure will be taken by professional nurses or doctors, on the 4th Sunday of each month. Just stop by the Health Ministry room (room #101) after the worship service. The next date is Sunday, July 26.

The Bible Study for those who are visually impaired has returned. This group normally meets on the fourth Saturday of every month, starting at 10:30 a.m., in the gym.  Volunteers are always welcome to assist with serving lunch and helping with Bible study.
