The SOTC Body & Soul Ministry is sponsoring no-charge, confidential blood pressure checks.  Your pressure will be taken by professional nurses or doctors, on the last Sunday of the month. Just stop by the Health Ministry room (in the gym next to the stage) after the worship service. The next date is Sunday, December 22.
